We apologize, but no. Paypal as a payment option for these rare decks is NOT available due to the recent increase of fraud cases.
At this time, we are only able to accept payments of cashier's checks or U.S. money orders from a bank located in the United States. We are unable to take personal checks. We do understand that most customers prefer to complete their payments online. For any inconvenience, we apologize to you, but it has become too easy for buyers to charge-back as soon as they receive their packages. This not only hurts Endre, but also prevents legitimate tarot collectors from attaining one of these rare limited edition sets.
ATTENTION: Please do NOT to send money by Western Union or Bank Transfer. Unless there are NO other reasonable methods of payment for you (and there almost always are) we urge all buyers to complete payment with either a cashier's check or Money orders drawn from a United States Bank (or other U.S. facility such as the Post Office) with the receipt retained by the buyer as a record of the transaction and payment. ABSOLUTELY DO NOT SEND CASH!

Endre's secretary will email you with deck availability information as well as the contact info and the address/name you will need to complete your payment. Again, this email address is for ordering and information about Endre's tarot sets ONLY. PLEASE do not send payment by Paypal or other online process. All online payments will be refunded immediately, and the orders will not be filled unless an appropriate form a payment is made.
Shipping for each deck will be for exact postage and packaging within the continental United States. For insurance purposes, each deck will need to ship separately since there is a cap on insurance amounts. Again, no order can ship without being fully insured, so please do not request we ship without this protection.

Regardless of where an order is shipped to, the payment must come from a facility (bank or post office) located in the United States of America. We've had problems in the past with foreign banks not alerting us to counterfeit money orders/cashier's checks until we've shipped so we are no longer able to accept transactions with any bank that is not located in the United States.
Orders shipped to the state of Ohio must include 7.5% for State Tax. We can calculate this for you if necessary.
There are no volume discounts for purchase of multiple decks due to the limited number of orders Endre will be accepting before he retires.
This is Endre's busiest season of the year. The wait time is approximately 2-4 weeks for shipment of hand-made items. All orders are filled in the order we receive them and must wait for payments to clear before Endre can begin work.
You can contact us any time once you've completed your payment to see if your projected shipment date has been moved up. It does happen sometimes even at this time of year. Especially if Endre's supplies ship to him more quickly than expected, your order can ship out to you earlier than scheduled so don't hesitate to contact us even if you just want an update on your order.
We do ship to some countries outside of the United States. If you reside outside of the United States and wish to place an order, please contact us to learn if we are able to ship to you.
All tarot sets MUST be fully insured and require a signature to receive in order to protect the buyer's investment. This is not negotiable. Once a package leaves our hands, we cannot be responsible for delivery so insurance is required.
We only ship through the U.S. Post Office. UPS, FedEx and other delivery services do not offer full insurance of the paid amount. The U.S. Post office does fully insure all items for the full amount paid.
Yes. Because all packages require signature for delivery, buyers should plan to either be available when the package is expected to be delivered or make plans to retrieve the order from the Post Office.
Payments sent to us (from you as a buyer) through the mail should be sent with caution. Having Signature confirmation or Registered Mail added to the postage for your payment envelope is a good idea to make sure it is not lost on it's way to us.
We do contact buyers by email to let them know that their payments have arrived safely and again once they have cleared the bank.
It generally will takes between 5-7 days for an out of state money order or cashiere's check to clear the bank. Work on your order will not begin until the payment clears. Endre's office checks with the bank daily so as soon as funds from your payment clear, you will receive an email to let you know that Endre will begin work on your order.
With your payments deposited, your place in line is reserved so even customers with local payments (that clear sooner) will be in line behind you.
